Fenton "Orange Tree" Powder Jar with lid, antique pressed glass, circa 1911. Cobalt blue glass, with the "carnival" coating, the color combination is stunning. Pretty Carnival Glass with a shiny metallic, iridescent appearance.
3 1/4" tall x 3 1/2" wide. Fenton Art Glass Company, Williamstown, West Virginia. One of Fenton's most collected patterns, it has a circular pattern of orange trees on the jar and the lid. There is also has a decorative band of circle dots below the trees on both. There are tiny chips on the underside of the lid, see photos.They are not visible when the lid is on.
